TouchTerm SSH
An ssh client program for the iphone. ($.99)
Remote Desktop Lite
A Windows XP RDP client. (free)
Flash Light
A small app that turns your iphone into a flashlight, handy for dark server rooms.
There are also the Facebook, Twitter, RSS feeds and LinkedIn client apps to keep you connected. And don't forget the games and podcasts.
